Is Soleil a dating app?

No. Solo Glow is a private space for single life, reflection, and your own rhythm. Pour Nous helps couples make room for check-ins, conversations, shared experiences, and reconnection. There’s no swiping or matching.

How much time do we need?

Soirée timing depends on the activities. For a cooking-based evening, allow around two hours, with shopping time separate. That isn’t a fixed duration for every Soirée. Between date nights, a Pulse check-in takes about 30 seconds. The table conversation prompt is about 5–10 minutes; setting up a night in the app is about one minute, and saving a memory takes about two minutes.

What’s free, and when do we need a card?

New accounts currently receive 14 days of introductory access without a card. This does not create a subscription or automatically charge you. Paid memberships are not open yet.

Does my partner need a separate subscription?

No. One Pour Nous membership covers both linked partners. Solo Glow is a separate individual membership. Changing your experience does not automatically change your subscription.

What if we miss a day or a date night?

Your plan waits, and your memories stay. Move your night or come back when you’re ready. This is time for each other, not another thing to keep up with.

Is this couples therapy?

No. Soleil supports everyday relationship practice and communication. It does not diagnose or replace professional care. For clinical support, work with a licensed therapist; if you feel unsafe, seek appropriate outside help.
